Lazari relocates its head office on 10 November from Greater London House in Camden to Mayfair, where a substantial refurbishment has brought an existing office building up to high sustainability standards and will offer an additional 11,500 square feet of luxury office space to let.
One block from Hanover Square – the spiritual home of the property industry and now with the convenience of an Elizabeth Line station – 28 St George Street was acquired by Lazari in August 2022. It sits at the heart of its 3.0 million square foot diversified commercial real estate portfolio that includes offices, retail, medical, leisure, hotel and residential assets in Mayfair and across the West End.
Lazari has moved into 9,800 square feet over three floors, creating a more open space for its team of 40 people and with the benefit of a roof terrace, gym and best-in-class commuter facilities.
The refurbishment of 28 St George Street, designed by architects Morrow + Lorraine, received planning consent in March 2024 and creates a modern, functional and environmentally sensitive workspace with a touch of style in its bespoke timber panelling, cantilevered staircase and bronze-clad core.
The refurbishment exhibits Lazari’s sector-leading commitment to sustainability. The completed building targets NABERS 5*, BREEAM Outstanding and a leap in its EPC rating from E to A and will achieve Wired Score Gold. Lazari is targeting WELL Platinum for its own occupation.
In extending the reception area, remodelling the fifth floor and creating a shared terrace, Lazari has reused around 25% of construction materials, including steel, slates, bricks and high-value materials.
Lazari’s move from Greater London House in Camden allows for an upgrade of amenities for remaining tenants as part of a wider remodelling and refurbishment that received planning consent from Camden Council in August 2025.
