An iconic Art Deco building now home to a light-filled workspace

Situated between Fitzrovia and Bloomsbury, Shropshire House is a former industrial warehouse and Lazari founder Christos Lazari’s first West End acquisition, purchased in 1984. A comprehensive refurbishment is underway to transform the property into seven storeys of open-plan workspace, designed to reference its Art Deco origins from the early 1930s, with ceiling heights of up to three metres.
