Originally constructed in 1904 by architect Robert Lutyens as Marks & Spencer’s first head office, the building was comprehensively redeveloped between 2013 and 2015 behind its retained Portland Stone façade. Lazari collaborated with Marks Barfield Architects and FormeUK as interior designers to deliver a turnkey project for Publicis Groupe at a cost of approximately £30 million.
Breven Howard now occupies the office space as their head office, while the property also includes six retail units and a residential townhouse, making it a unique mixed-use building in a prestigious location.
