Six storeys of contemporary workspace with 360° views of Mayfair

23 Savile Row is a striking landmark building, celebrated for its bold design, distinctive public artwork by American sculptor Joel Shapiro, and a light-filled six-storey atrium. Acquired by Lazari in 2019, the property recently underwent a £12.5 million refurbishment, completed in September 2024, that has further established it as both a cultural and architectural icon in Mayfair.

The atrium is flanked by expansive, virtually column-free workspaces with floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, creating bright and open environments. The refurbishment introduced floating cantilevered rooms within the atrium, modernised lifts with destination control technology, and a remodelled shopfront.

Upon entry, visitors are greeted by a sleek new bar, a standout feature in the enhanced reception area designed by Morey Smith. At the rear, a fully equipped industrial kitchen supports the enhanced hospitality offering. The top two floors of the building boast spacious roof terraces, offering outdoor amenity spaces with sweeping views over Mayfair.

Adding to its cultural significance, the building houses two large exhibition spaces—the North and South Galleries—operated by global art powerhouse Hauser & Wirth, cementing its reputation as a vibrant hub for business and the arts.
