Lazari Developments’ ownership in Wood Green spans 22-26 High Road N22, comprising two retail units, a residential apartment, and a former department store. It forms part of a larger site at 28-42 High Road N22, which is held by Lazari Investments Ltd. Together, these holdings contribute to a wider regeneration initiative in the area.

In February 2020, planning consent was granted for a significant mixed-use development, incorporating 91 residential apartments (76,690 sq ft), a 134-room Premier Inn hotel (51,247 sq ft), 15,694 sq ft of retail space, and 2,530 sq ft of workspace. The scheme also includes a landscaped public courtyard, parking for eight vehicles, and long-stay cycle storage for 157 bicycles. The planning consent has been initiated.
