Completed in 2020, Lazari Developments delivered a mixed-use scheme at 97-103 Fonthill Road, London N4, creating modern retail space and high-quality residential accommodation. The site comprises four ground-floor retail units alongside nine apartments, offering six two-bedroom and three one-bedroom homes. Five of the apartments benefit from private balconies or terraces.

The total project cost, including land acquisition, was £5.567m, with total sales to date reaching £5.845m. Two retail units remain available for sale, with an estimated value of £770,000, bringing the anticipated total exit value to £6.615m and crystallising a profit on cost of approximately 19%.
