A modernist classic, reimagined

Lazari Developments undertook a comprehensive redevelopment of 262 High Holborn, transforming it into a best-in-class office and retail space in the heart of London’s Midtown. Strategically positioned between Chancery Lane and Holborn Underground stations, the property now offers 40,902 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation, alongside ground-floor retail units.

The project, completed in Q1 2021, expanded the building’s floor area from 30,590 sq ft to 40,902 sq ft, incorporating a newly added eighth floor and a landscaped roof terrace. Sustainability was a key focus, ensuring a high-quality working environment while driving energy efficiency and cost savings for tenants.

Following redevelopment, the building was acquired by Lazari Investments in 2022, securing its long-term future within the portfolio.
