The project, completed in Q1 2021, expanded the building’s floor area from 30,590 sq ft to 40,902 sq ft, incorporating a newly added eighth floor and a landscaped roof terrace. Following redevelopment, the building was acquired by Lazari Investments in 2022, securing its long-term future within the portfolio.
