Lazari Developments Holdings Ltd. operates through three subsidiaries, focusing on property development and sustainability consultancy. Established in 2016 as part of Lazari Investments Ltd, it became independent in 2017.

Core activities include acquiring, refurbishing and trading London properties. In 2021, Lazari ESG Ltd was launched, offering expert advisory services for environmentally conscious developments, available to the wider market and enhancing operational portfolios across the group.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS CASE STUDIES

262 High Holborn

262 High Holborn, developed in collaboration with leading architects Sheppard Robson, was completed in early 2021. The development prioritised sustainability, showcasing innovative design and environmentally conscious features.

Wood Green

Lazari Developments Holdings Ltd. ownership in Wood Green incorporates numbers 22-26 High Road N22, comprising two shop units with a residential apartment above and an adjoining former department store, amalgamating to 82,612 sq ft.

Fonthill Road

Lazari Developments Holdings Ltd. completed a new-build retail and residential project in 2020 at 97-103 Fonthill Road, London N4. The site comprises four retail units together with nine flats in total.

BOARD OF LAZARI DEVELOPMENTS

Maritsa Lazari 
Executive Director

As a co-founder of Lazari Investments, Maritsa has played a central role in driving the company’s success from its inception. She stepped back as a Director of that particular group in 2017, to focus on the diversification of the family’s interests in segregating Lazari Financial Holdings Ltd. and Lazari Developments Holdings Ltd. Together with her three children, she makes up the Executive Board and between the four of them, they have a vast knowledge in property development and trading.

Len Lazari
Executive Director

Len has served as a Director of Lazari Developments Holdings Ltd. since its formation. He is actively involved in both the decision-making process of acquiring properties/land to develop, as well as overseeing the developments themselves. He has spearheaded the drive into the creation of a sustainability consultancy within the Group.

Nicholas Lazari
Executive Director

Nicholas brings to the Board an expert knowledge in development and sustainability which assists in both the development trading business as well as sustainability consultancy. He manages and oversees the development framework and operational advice given, as well as having led on some of the developments completed to date.

Andrie Lazari
Executive Director

Andrie brings a wealth of experience in property investment, financing and development to the Board. Her analytical approach ensures that all development appraisals are sensitised and presented to protect from downside as well as upside scenarios. She has also managed the letting and subsequent sale of the largest development in the Group to date.
