For the future

Lazari is a privately owned property and finance business comprising three separate groups, with combined assets in excess of £4 billion across eight London estates.*

The three groups include the legacy commercial property business, Lazari Investments, founded in 1976; together with the financing group, Lazari Financial Holdings Ltd; and the property trading business, Lazari Developments Holdings Ltd. Additionally, the Lazari family’s philanthropic efforts are channelled principally through the Christos Lazari Foundation, a registered UK charity established in 2017.

Lazari properties are climate-resilient, visionary spaces, futureproofed by design and technology. Our investment, development, and trading portfolio comprises 105 buildings totalling 3.1 million sq ft, with a focus on London’s West End. Spanning multiple sectors, including office, retail, medical, leisure, hotel, and residential holdings, the portfolio accommodates circa 500 commercial clients, 109 residential apartments, and 748 residential units sold off on long leaseholds. Lazari Financial Holdings Ltd also manages a loan book exceeding £1 billion, providing loans to subsidiaries of Lazari Investments and other private investors.
